Paychek time for four thesps! Andy Garcia, Alfred Molina, John Cleese and the very cute Aishwarya Rai have joined the cast of The Pink Panther 2. Cleese plays Chief Inspector Dreyfuss in the flick whilst the other three play detectives who join together with Inspector Clouseau to hunt down a notorious jewel. Inspector Clouseau shall once again be played by Steve Martin with Jean Reno and Emily Mortimer also reprising their roles from the original. The remake last year grossed over $140 million worldwide and ever since then MGM/Columbia have been pushing for a sequel, with a release in February 2009 now locked in says Variety. Ah, can you remember those days when John Cleese was funny and didn't sign up for crap like this? This movie is beneath him, me thinks.
