Glass: 16 WTF Moments

16. "Superman Punch!"

Glass opens with two young punks beating a man on the street, with one of them calling out a "Superman Punch!", before David Dunn aka The Overseer (Bruce Willis) tracks them down and shows them what a real Superman Punch looks like.

As if the on-the-nose nod to the Man of Steel wasn't comical enough, this was also clearly a reference to WWE's Roman Reigns, who performs the Superman Punch as one of his signature moves.

Is M. Night a WWE fan, or was this a nod towards the shared DNA between comic books and wrestling?

Whatever the truth, it feels incredibly out of place, and the scene basically serves just to remind everyone that YouTube exists in the Unbreakable universe.
