Happy Birthday Sega Master System

Not exactly movie news, but I've just read that last Wednesday was the 25th anniversary of the release of Sega Master System - one of the ground-breaking moments in the history of the world ever. With this also being the year of NES' and Mario's 25th birthdays, this occasion was bound to be somewhat overlooked, but the console definitely deserves as much attention as its Nintendo rival.

And to mark the occasion, what about a Sega character film from an original Master System game? I would say Sonic, but that simply will not translate as a film at all, so I'm going to throw my considerable weight behind Alex Kidd. Though, you could easily just watch an episode of the original Monkey to much the same effect.
