Featuring a similar array of casting greats such as Judi Dench, Bill Nighy, Maggie Smith, and Richard Gear to name but a few, this instalment sees Muriel and Sonny travel to San Diego where they enter negotiations with the hotelier heavy weight who is Ty Burley for who they have an interesting proposition. Now with a second hotel to watch over, and a make or break inspection on the way, the capers just keep on coming. This film follows on where the previous one left of, with the vintage task providing the source of much hilarity mixed with touching sincerity in equal measure. We have managed to grab hold of on an exclusive interview with a stalwart of British cinema, Judi Dench, as she talks about what it was like to shoot the film. It is clear from the way Judi talks about it in this interview snippet, and from other interviews you can find from other members of the cast that these films are something of a labour of love, and an opportunity to have fun with the audience.
