Is Sabretooth Coming Back For Wolverine 3: Old Man Logan?

Liev Schreiber spills some beans at the red carpet of the Academy Awards.

MTV News caught up with Liev Schreiber on his way in to the Academy Awards on Sunday night and of course, managed to badger him about whether or not he'll be showing up in Hugh Jackman's third and final solo Wolverine movie.
"We talked about it... I don€™t know. He€™s mentioned it to me. The Old Man Logan story €” that€™s appealing. That€™s something that I can do. Old, being the operative word."
So, just to recap, we've got further confirmation that it's Old Man Logan, for those who needed it, and Jackman himself obviously wants Sabretooth to be in it. Although Jackman saying "I've got three words for you; Old Man Logan" at Comic-Con last year should've been enough, that's all we've had. We now know that it's clearly still the plan. Thanks to Days of Future Past and its new future timeline, the bestial Tyler Mane-Sabretooth we saw back in the first X-Men movie can now be written out of the universe. Meaning that if Schreiber did want to return, we'd get the smart, cunning, mutton-chopped Sabretooth from X-Men Origins: Wolverine, which is only a good thing - as he was probably the most underrated element of that movie. What do you think? Are you keen for Schreiber to make a return? Are you worried that his comeback would legitimise X-Men Origins: Wolverine? Let us know in the comments below! Wolverine 3 is currently scheduled for release on 3 March 2017.
