Joss Whedon has wrote 'the horror movie to end them all?'

Joss Whedon is so big he gets his own panel at Comic-Con. Whedon, the creator of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and many other cool things has just completed writing what he describes as ''the horror movie to end all horror movies' known as Cabin in the Woods. He wrote the script alongside former Buffy/Angel writer Drew Goddard, who is also a frequent collaborator of J.J. Abrams. He wrote the Abrams Monster movie that is coming out early next year. No other details were given and its unknown at this time as to whether Whedon plans to direct it himself. I love Cabin horror movies, whether it's The Evil Dead, Friday the 13th or even Cabin Fever so you count me in here. Other Whedon news that Buffy fans might find interesting. He announced that he is mulling over the idea of a Rupert Giles led 90 minute show called Ripper, which would air sometime next year. This may or may not have connections to the Season 8 comic of Buffy the Vampire Slayer that is being published right now. Sounds cool, although I would much prefer a return of the full series. There's still so many stories that could be told in that universe either cinematically or on the small screen. Don't leave it to late Joss, Sarah Michelle Gellar isn't too old yet!
