Jurassic World: 11 Easter Eggs And Hints On The Website

References... uh... find a way.

For all of the complaints that have met the Jurassic World trailer since its release, there has been a tide of good feeling in contrast aimed at the official, in-universe Jurassic World website that was released alongside it. The website is how companion material should be done: it creates an experience and paints a story picture of a world existing outside of the cinema screen, and the attention to detail is impressive. It's also a good resource for fans looking for something to do while everyone waits with baited breath to see if the fourth Jurassic movie can be as good as the first. Or as least not as bad as the third. In amongst the facts about new corporation Masrani, the look around the park and the attempts to sell the experience to prospective visitors (including must-have dino-cups that will sell millions if they hit the real market), Universal have hidden a number of hints, Easter Eggs and irresistible details that all fans must see.

11. Spot The Mistake

On the Meet The Dinosaurs page, there's a profile for the Apatosaurus, the long-necked behemoths responsible for the big dino-reveal in the first movie: here's the message... Apatasaur text So, that's following on from the generally held opinion that Brontosauruses don't really exist, it's just a nickname of sorts, which makes it somewhat odd that on the same site on the IMAX page the following message appears:
"Our state of the art screens are bigger than a brontosaurus..."
No capital letter there, for a start, but you can tell it's been written by an IMAX PR (there are other product partner listings on the site too).
