Justice League Movie: 10 Alternate Heroes We'd Love To See

The Justice League could be so much more than just Batman and Superman.

Last weekend the news broke that Warner Bros. was finally moving forward with a Justice League movie, which will be directed by Zack Snyder immediately after he wraps production on Batman Vs. Superman. While some fans have criticized this news, either because of the director choice or for how soon WB is jumping into their major superhero team-up movie, it's still an incredibly exciting announcement for DC fans. It seems DC's grand-plan involves forgoing solo films completely, instead allowing their characters to team-up and then spinoff into solo franchises. With the question of approach answered, there remain many questions regarding the movie, one of the biggest of which is undoubtedly who we'll be seeing in the Justice League alongside Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and Cyborg when the team explodes onto the big screen. We already have four members of the JLA, which may consist of anywhere from five to seven slots. While it may be easy to predict who will round out the team (Flash, Green Lantern, and Aquaman are likely), WB has a pantheon of DC characters at their disposal, and it may pay to think outside the box a little. What you'll find here are ten superheroes that have all been a part of the Justice League at some point, though they may never have been considered primary members of the team. However, if given the right introductions, they could easily translate well to the big screen and give us a unique dynamic for the JLA that many wouldn't have expected. So, without further ado, here are the 10 alternate heroes we'd love to see join the Justice League when the film finally arrives.
