Justice League Movie - 6 Pieces Of Incredible DC Concept Art You Have To See

Warner Bros. has finally unleashed the Justice League, and the results are amazing.

Last night, The CW aired DC Films Presents: Dawn Of The Justice League. While Warner Bros. made big promises about exclusive footage, the majority of fans expected little more than a bunch of generic interviews and the already promised first official trailer for Suicide Squad. Well, the studio delivered in a major way by also providing a new look at Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice and even scenes from Wonder Woman! However, arguably the highlight of the twenty minute programme was the concept art shown of the heroes who will assemble to become the Justice League next year. While they're all set to be introduced in Batman V Superman, it's been said that the team won't come together until Zack Snyder takes the helm of that two-part superhero ensemble, so this official artwork may be all we see of these heroes in action for quite some time. Needless to say, some very interesting creative decisions have been made with characters like Aquaman, Cyborg, and The Flash, and all of those are highlighted here. Even the biggest Marvel fanboys should find it hard not to get even a little excited over the sight of that! Throw in revealing interviews and details on everything from origin stories to superpowers (and how the Green Lantern Corps fits into this world), and there's no denying these pieces of DC Films concept art are an absolute must-see...

6. Faster Than A Speeding Bullet

Ever since it became clear that there would be a big and small screen version of The Flash around at the same time (a first for Warner Bros. considering the fact they wouldn't allow Smallville to use the Superman costume because of Superman Returns), fans have been wondering how exactly the two different characters would be differentiated from one another. Would the movie utilise a drastically different costume? Well, while this version will no doubt take advantage of more advanced special effects to make The Flash really pop off the screen, this concept art confirms that the studio is still sticking to the comics for inspiration. Despite the fingerless gloves and the fact that the traditional circular logo has been switched out for a crackling lightning bolt, this suit is classic Flash, but also clearly more armoured than the one which Grant Gustin's Barry Allen dons on a weekly basis. The resemblance to the costume the Scarlet Speedster wore in the Injustuce: Gods Among Us video game is clear to see, and this iconic shot of him racing to catch a bullet in midair makes for a fantastic way to introduce this movie version to viewers. The energy he gives off as he runs also looks is also more fiery than it is like lightning - very cool!
