6. Martian Manhunter - Lance Reddick
Fresh from his stint as the tough as nails 'Philip Broyles' in JJ Abrams excellent sci-fi series, Fringe, Lance Reddick would offer the perfect mix of subtlety as detective John Jones while also being able to portray Manhunter's more fierce side. Standing at 6' 4", Reddick would definitely look the part beside Superman and Batman. He is also relatively unknown compared to some other names being thrown around. This could work in his favour if DC want to include John Jones but not reveal Jonn Jonzz until the last few minutes, similar to Joseph Gordon-Levitts 'Robin' cameo at the end of The Dark Knight Rises. Martian Manhunter has had many different iterations over the years so DC will need to define his role immediately so as to not confuse fans. Rumours have been floating around for quite some time now whether he will appear in the Justice League as a founding member or merely a supporting character and judging by the supposed roster leak, it seems the latter is more likely - at least for the first movie. But when that time comes,who better than Lance Reddick?
