It's now been confirmed that
Justin Long will star alongside
Bruce Willis in next year's
Live Free or Die Hard.
We reported right here all the way back in July that he was all but signed on. Long will play the role of a computer hacking accomplice to John McClane in a role that has changed back and fourth from being his son to just a sidekick. Still can't see why McClane needs a computer hacking accomplice and with Long cast, it's slightly worrying that he may become a cheesy sidekick character full of really bad one-liners. Mission Impossible 3'sMaggie Q is also in talks for a role in the movie, which begins shooting next month for a June 2007 release. source -
