Logan: 6 Possibilities For The Secret Post-Credits Scene

Who doesn't want Deadpool to crash the credits?!

WOLVERINE DEADPOOL
Fox

Rumour has it that Logan is longer than he's letting on. Despite the film's debut at the Berlin Film Festival being conspicuously free of a potentially world-building post-credits teaser, the theatrical cut is said to be a suspicious three minutes longer than what critics saw. Fox of course have previous with hiding their post-credits scenes from critics to avoid spoilers (as they did with X-Men: Apocalypse), so it absolutely wouldn't be unprecedented for them to do so here.

The question, of course, is what that mysterious assumed post-credits stinger could be. This is supposed to be the final chapter in Wolverine's story (even with his cameo in Apocalypse suggesting he could be involved in the sequel in some capacity) and the idea of a tease to future projects is a strange one. But here we are.

Obviously, it's unlikely to be anything as fan-baitingly brilliant as a cameo by Hulk or the appearance of the symbiote T-Rex that played such an amazing part in the comic arc, but there are some pretty good possibilities even with the rights issues stopping a pure adaptation.

(Fear not, this article is written without knowledge of the actual events of Logan, so any SPOILERS are unconfirmed at this stage...)
