24. Star-Lord (Chris Pratt) - Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol 3

After one of the most tumultuous pre-production pre-ambles in the history of comic book movies, the third Guardians movie is finally coming and it still has James Gunn in the director's chair and the whole cast fired up ready to return. That might not have always been the case, even if the alternative doesn't bear thinking about.

Naturally, that means that Chris Pratt will return as Peter Quill, who now has an answer to his paternal issues but now has romance more firmly in his crosshairs as he no doubt sets out looking for Gamora who went missing at the end of Endgame. That's likely to be the main thrust of his story arc, as he tries to make her fall in love with him again, Groundhog Day style.
