New Doctor Strange Concept Art Shows Cumberbatch's Final Form

By the hoary hosts of Hoggoth!

It looks like we have some confirmation that Benedict Cumberbatch is actually going to evolve from the travelling hobo man we've been treated to in set leak photos from Doctor Strange into something more closely resembling the comic book original. Thanks to a brand new piece of concept art that's been released to the world, there's some indication that Cumberbatch will perform at least some of his hotly anticipated performance wearing the Doc's iconic red cape. The artwork came packaged as part of a Doctor Strange featurette released to USA Today, which talked VERY briefly about the balance Marvel are looking to capture in telling a magical story that remains grounded. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VXf2XTaBOdw It's a good look - not having the super-high collar and cape would have been an almighty betrayal of the source, even if Marvel are seeking something more realistic. And it's not like any of the other superheroes are wearing Nolan-ed versions of their own recognisable costumes, so he won't actually stick out all that much once he's brought together with the rest of the Avengers.
