New Doctor Strange Still Shows The Eye Of Agamotto (AKA The Movie's Infinity Stone)

You'll be green with envy over this jewlery.

Once Suicide Squad's out of the way (and judging by early reviews that'll be sooner rather than later), the entire geek culture mind will turn to the next big helping of superhero awesomeness, Doctor Strange. Dubbed "Marvel's riskiest film yet" by people whose memories don't quite stretch to Ant-Man or Guardians Of The Galaxy or The Avengers or Iron Man (something tells me people will come out to see this), the film's marketing has been rather slight, with just a couple of trailers/posters to keep it on people's minds during the summer season ahead of October release.

Now that's wrapping up, expect to start seeing and hearing a bit more. Like this new still that shows Stephen Strange using the Eye of Agamotto. Obviously pretty cool seeing as it's his major power source in the comics, it's doubly exciting in the MCU as it's oh-so-likely going to double up as an Infinity Stone (the green one, most likely the Time Stone).

That doesn't mean Thanos will turn up in the middle of the Inception-esque sequences to growl his requisite three lines, or even that it'll be a major plot point in the film, but in terms of connecting this magical entry to the rest of the world, it's major.

Anyway, take the image in, speculate about the film in the comments, and probably leave some Suicide Squad related barb.

Doctor Strange is in UK cinemas from 28th October and US cinemas from 4th November.
