Spectre: 7 Predictions About The Plot

What does Bond 24 have in store?

Forget about moustache-twirling villains, volcano bases and awfully long exchanges of dialogue between villain and secret agent: Casino Royale and Skyfall have proven that Daniel Craig's Bond is a whole different beast to the old 007. Now that the world knows that the next Bond film is titled Spectre (those legal issues have finally been resolved), fans of the franchise the world over are all going to have the exact same image spring into their heads: a bald guy in a grey jumpsuit stroking a cat. Sam Mendes still hasn't confirmed the presence of Ernst Stavro Blofeld in the upcoming film, but considering that the villain's name is synonymous with SPECTRE's, there's hardly any doubting that he will appear. But we're in the year 2014 now, and much has changed since the days of You Only Live Twice; Bond's world is much more grounded. With that in mind, you should probably expect a very different SPECTRE than you already know. The changes are unlikely to end there either. With Quantum member Mr. White confirmed to return in Spectre, just what purpose does that organisation serve now that SPECTRE is involved? Is Christoph Waltz really just a simple ski instructor in the film, or is his character to take on a different persona? There's so many predictions that can be made about the next Bond film purely through the scraps of information announced by Mendes over the past week. Read on to find out some predictions that have more than just a small chance of being completely spot-on.
