Star Wars: 10 Awesome Announcements They Need To Make At Comic-Con

No Bothan spies will be harmed to bring you this information. We hope.

The Force is strong with Comic-Con this year, as Star Wars heads to San Diego. Disney will not be showcasing anything from Marvel€™s mammoth upcoming slate at this year€™s event, which means that a huge amount of focus will be on Lucasfilm and their Star Wars panels. Given the decision not to include Marvel, that must mean there are going to be some pretty great announcements from the team, with a €œspecial look€ at The Force Awakens promised. While Episode VII is obviously the main event, there€™s plenty on the undercard that should have fans intrigued as well, with two panels for Star Wars Publishing, as well as some for Hasbro, Collectibles, Disney Infinity, and the ILM 40th anniversary. The Star Wars Celebration in Anaheim, back in April, was a huge event with a number of exciting announcements, and the release date of The Force Awakens moves closer (less than six months!) now would be a good time to once again ramp up the excitement levels, if that is indeed possible. J.J. Abrams likes to try and keep as tight a lid on things as possible, while Disney will obviously want to promote the film as much as they can and make it marketable to an audience not so familiar with Star Wars, so it€™ll be interesting to see how that balances out and just how much new stuff is revealed. There€™s also a great deal outside of that film, with new novels and comics, TV shows, toys, games and more, not to mention the Anthology movies. With that in mind, here€™s a look at some announcements that would raise the roof off Hall H.
