Star Wars: 5 Reasons Why Joe Johnston Should Direct Boba Fett Movie

Screen Shot 2013-02-07 at 22.57.29 This movie is simply meant to be for Joe Johnston. He€™s worked with George Lucas and Kathleen Kennedy, the new LucasFilm head, before. Johnston has the Star Wars and Boba Fett pedigree attached to his name. He€™s taken over a franchise film before with Jurassic Park III. Additionally, the tech-savvy director has juggled with CGI and 3-D in his previous works. Simply put, Johnston€™s got the €œright stuff.€ However, it€™s yet to be seen whether or not the Boba Fett movie will become a reality or not. Moreover another one of Johnston€™s former colleagues/mentors, Steven Spielberg, may be calling Johnston any day now to ask him to direct the next installment of the Jurassic Park series, with a fourth film being fast-tracked for a Summer 2014 release. Only time will tell. What are your thoughts on Joe Johnston potentially directing the Boba Fett movie?
