Star Wars Comes To Madame Tussauds - See Yoda Be Built From Wax

The exhibit opens in May.

This year, Star Wars will be everywhere. It will be in your face, certainly from May through to December. It will be in our lunchboxes, it will be in our TV sets, it will most definitely be in our cinemas. And once Madame Tussauds open their much-hyped new section, we'll be able to get it right up in our faces. Here's a new video from the wax museum, revealing the process by which a little wax Yoda was made. Seeing as the wee Jedi master was already a sculpted model to start with - not to spoil it for anybody - this is a relatively easy starting point for Tussauds. When they have to replicated Harrison Ford, however... that should be a bit tougher. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=02mVbDwmg9Y If you didn't watch that video, or couldn't turn up the sound, you'll have missed what might be the most exciting bits of information. Here's my transcript.
"Sixteen of Star Wars most famous heroes and villains in scenes recreating some of the most iconic moments from Star Wars episodes one to six, including the Jedi master Yoda in his swamp on Dagobah... guests will be able to join Han Solo in a recreation of the Cantina bar... sit besides Chewbacca in a recreation of The Millennium Falcon."
I'm just a little surprised that there will be anything here from the prequels, but I bet you the majority of what Tussauds build will be original trilogy business. The exhibit opens in May and as attractive as it might be, I'm personally going to steer clear. Waxworks spook me the hell out, and it can't all be Vincent Price and André de Toth's fault.
