Star Wars: Rogue One - Will The Trailer Come With Captain America: Civil War?

Also, some juicy Mads Mikkelsen rumours.

Now that the dust has settled on The Force Awakens, all eyes are beginning to turn to the first of Disney's Star Wars anthologies, Rogue One. Those eyes may be able to see the first footage from the film as early as May, when Captain America: Civil War debuts in the US, as Star Wars Time are spreading the rumour that a trailer will be attached to it. It makes sense that Disney would want to prop up their next big Star Wars flick with their first big release of the year, and with the film having recently entered post-production, the timeline makes sense for a trailer to be about ready. Here's hoping, anyway, as I'm already starting to get withdrawal symptoms from Episode VII. As for those plot rumours, Making Star Wars have heard from multiple sources some spoilerific details as to the identity of Mads Mikkelsen's character in the film, and the way he ties into the over-arching story. Once again, spoiler warning for anyone who wants to retain some mystery around the film - just in case all this turns out to be true. The rumour is that Mikkelsen will be playing a scientist named Galen, who was instrumental in helping the Geonosians devise the plans for the Death Star. He'll have a Robert Oppenheimer-esque realisation once he sees what he's created, and will supposedly defect to Team Rebel Alliance. Intriguing... Star Wars: Rogue One is scheduled for release on 16 December 2016.
