Star Wars: The Force Awakens - 10 Ways The Final Trailer Eased Your Fears

The Force is strong with this one.

It's here! It's finally here! After what felt like the longest wait in history for the final Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer, Disney finally opted to drop the elusive payload late on Monday night. And whilst some Star Wars fans have expressed a few concerns with the new footage, the general consensus seems to be something along the lines of: "OMG! OMG! OMG! OMG!" In other words, writer/director J.J. Abrams has delivered an immensely satisfying trailer that still has the air of a teaser, free of major plot details and spoilers; a rare event in this era of endlessly detailed trailers that seem to exist to essentially outline every beat of the story. Regardless of its vague nature, however, the best thing by far is the way that the trailer eases a bunch of niggling concerns that lots of fans had about the movie. It is, in essence, a two and a half minute antidote to Star Wars anxiety; a fully-fledged blanket that fans can wrap themselves in for the next two months, firm in the knowledge that Episode VII is going to deliver everything that it it has promised to deliver since it was first announced in 2012...
