27. Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull (2008)

crystalskull On the opposite end of the spectrum, this is a film that seems like it was made by someone who simply didn't care anymore. And it's entirely possible that this is the case. This film is so notoriously bad for so many reasons I won't go into details. All I will say is that when Spielberg mentioned in a recent interview that he could "direct an action movie in his sleep" at this point, I strongly think he may have been alluring to this film.
