Superman Arrested in New Man of Steel Poster

Yesterday Warner Bros. released a brand new poster for their upcoming Man of Steel, as an exclusive reward to coincide with the home video release of The Dark Knight Rises. The poster comes to us just prior to the release of a brand new full-length trailer, which is due to be aired in less than two weeks time, before Peter Jackson's The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey. Henry Cavill plays Superman in Zack Snyder's upcoming reboot; the film also features Amy Adams as Daily Planet reporter and super-love interest Lois Lane, with Laurence Fishburne as her long-suffering editor-in-chief Perry White. Also joining the cast is Diane Lane and Kevin Costner as Martha and Jonathan Kent respectively. Joining them as primary antagonist is Machael Shannon in the role of General Zod and Antje Traue as his Kryptonian partner Faora. Rounding out the cast is Ayelet Zurer as Superman's birth mother Lara Lor-Van and of course Russell Crowe as his birth father Jor-El. Check the brand new poster out right here: Obviously, no handcuffs could ever truly restrain a hero as powerful as Superman and so one wonders why he has essentially allowed himself to be taken into custody. Man of Steel is due for release in 2D, 3D and IMAX 3D on June 14th, 2013.
