1. How Did Bane Know Where Applied Sciences Was?

I've already explored this one, but I am still yet to find a reasonable enough explanation that doesn't result in someone telling me to just accept the plot-hole and get on with my life. But that's not what tight story-telling is about at all, leaving the audience to second guess a key plot point because the script fails to. And there's very little suggestion in the wider narrative of the trilogy that explains that hole either €“ yes Coleman Reese knows that Bruce Wayne is Batman thanks to his discovery of the Applied Sciences finances, but he doesn't, as far as we are aware know their location, as Lucius Fox has kept it under-wraps to all but himself and Wayne. So how exactly did Bane and his clandestine master find out the whereabouts of their greatest enemy's greatest secret? And come to think of it, why would Lucius Fox choose somewhere with such relatively easy access from the sewers...?
