The "F" Word: The All-Time Profanity List

9. Eddie Murphy Raw

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m0aKNwsrtXw Eddie Murphy Raw, a theatrically released stand-up performance was put out in 1987, and upon release was the most profane film of all-time, with 223 uses of the F-word. Released at the height of his career, Murphy tackled subjects from his own popularity, STDs, racial stereotypes, his poor childhood and a brilliantly told story about his mother's dreaded "Welfare Burger". Murphy also spoke about his own profanity on stage. After the release of his first wildly successful stand-up performance Delirious, Murphy was criticised for his inappropriate over usage of the F-Word. So much in fact that Bill Cosby, a notoriously clean stand-up legend chastised him for using so much vulgarity in his act. This prompted Murphy to add this story into his act, with one of the earliest spot-on Bill Cosby impressions to boot. Murphy does not shy away from the F-Word in Raw, and he is responsible for every single four letter word uttered and it is the most profane film released in the 1980's.
