Warner Bros. are HIDING IN TIME

Warner Bros. are keeping up their devouring of comic book source material. Variety say they just picked up the Image Shadowline series Hiding in Time for Dan Lin (he was in charge of JUSTICE LEAGUE) to produce. Max Payne scribe Beau Thorne will tackle the Christopher Long created property.

In the near future, the Witness Protection Program will relocate people throughout time to ensure their safety. But when hired assassins begin finding and killing them, Nathan Crew €“ a simple technician in the now-defunct Time Portal Division of the WPP €“ is forced to travel back in time to try and stop the atrocities!

A little bit of THE TERMINATOR in there and maybe some BILL & TED (in the way that this will no doubt see many famous faces and situations occur). Thankfully the project sounds like a serious one and it's an original enough project for some interesting science fiction and historical situations and ideas to be explored. Warner Bros. tend to pick up many comic series' but some never get off the ground, let's hope this one does!
