Woody Harrleson vists ZOMBIELAND!

As Albuquerque, a zombie fighter in a world of only two human survivors.

Woody Harrelson will play Albuquerque, a zombie fighter who finds friendship with another man after seemingly being the only two survivors in a world over-run by zombies. The movie is Zombieland, a horror comedy to be directed by Ruben Fleischer for Columbia Pictures. Fleischer has directed a few episodes of Jimmy Kimmel Live but will be making his feature directing debut here from a script by the writers of The Joe Schmo Show.

Sounds fun, I guess. At this point, I think I would rather see a comedy movie about zombies than the same old attempts at the genre that not even George A. Romero can get right at this point.

Harrelson, whose only real horror movie on his CV is Natural Born Killers for Oliver Stone - has never been as in-demand as he is right now.

He's just wrapped a role in the upcoming Will Smith comedy Seven Pounds and among many other studio projects, the highlights include a role in Roland Emmerich's epic 2012 and a possible lead part in The A-Team remake.
