Leaders from the WGA and the AMPTP have mutually agreed to resume formal negotiations on November 26. No other details or press statements will be issued.
Sounds like it could be the start of an opening here. I don't live in the U.S, so the strike isn't affecting my television watching like it is for you guys. I know that many of the late-night talk shows and some sitcoms like THE OFFICE are showing re-runs next week and programs like LOST and HEROES are going to suffer the longer this goes on. As far as movie watching goes, this strike has without doubt forced studio's to go ahead with uncompleted and rushed scripts. Speaking as a fan, the sooner the strike ends the better. source - coming soon
