You Need To See This New Deadpool 2 IMAX Poster

The marketing has peaked.

The marketing for Deadpool 2 has been a work of genius so far, from the hilariously knowing trailers to the comical posters, and the latest tease for the movie - a poster for its IMAX release - might be the best yet.

The poster, which you can see below, has illustrated versions of Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds), Domino (Zazie Beetz), Cable (Josh Brolin), Colossus (Stefan Kapicic), and Negasonic Teenage Warhead (Brianna Hildebrand) all riding a unicorn across a rainbow, looking like the most f**ked up children's book ever.

It's another great example of the tone that the movie is aiming for (and seemingly nailing), and a continuation of Wade Wilson's, er, unhealthy relationship with the mystical beasts.

The official synopsis for the movie, meanwhile, reads:

After surviving a near-fatal bovine attack, a disfigured cafeteria chef (Wade Wilson) struggles to fulfil his dream of becoming Mayberry's hottest bartender while also learning to cope with his lost sense of taste. Searching to regain his spice for life, as well as a flux capacitor, Wade must battle ninjas, the yakuza, and a pack of sexually aggressive canines, as he journeys around the world to discover the importance of family, friendship, and flavor - finding a new taste for adventure and earning the coveted coffee mug title of World's Best Lover.

Deadpool 2 will be released in the U.K. on May 15, and May 18 in the United States. Share your thoughts on the poster down in the comments below.
