In simpler terms, combat is now deadlier, for you and your foes. Don't expect to get hit in the head ten times in a row without so much as flinching. Forget about charging blindly into the fray like Rambo. With this mod, the wasteland's a much more dangerous place. Headshots are more lethal, and crippled legs are much easier to come by, and when they do, the effects are worse. If you're to survive in this dangerous new world, you'll need to stick to cover and play it safe far more often. Getting hit really hurts, and when you're running low on stimpacks, you can't afford to take chances. Though its changes are minimal, this mod completely overhauls the way you approach combat and exploration, which makes it worth the download if you're a masochist who hates fun and loves dying. A lot.
