10 Characters That Deserve To Be In Marvel's Avengers

Spider-Man, Daredevil... who else should make the team?

Daredevil Spider-Man Avengers

One of the most anticipated games slated for late 2020 is Crystal Dynamics' Marvel's Avengers. This new game will give players a globe-trotting Avengers campaign where they take on the role of many popular heroes from the Marvel Universe to battle the army of robots built by rouge corporation AIM.

Hopefully, this will be another hit game that will lead to expanding a connected universe of video games, as discussed by the developers of 2018's Spider-Man on the PS4. If a hit, this could lead to many other successful singleplayer and multi-player games being made by Marvel.

Playing as newly made Inhuman, Kamal Khan, players will reassemble the Avengers and tear through armies of robotic weapons that AIM is using to take over the world. Developers have promised to continually build the roster of characters up so that players can either play as the original Avengers or create their own super team in the massive online multiplayer part of the game.

Having plenty of detailed heroes to choose from will give this game a big boost in replayability, and also give players a big toybox of heroes to build their own dream team, saving the world one mission at a time.

10. Doctor Strange

Marvel Comics

Marvel heroes protect their corner of the universe, but none protect more of the universe than Doctor Stephen Strange. His inclusion in Crystal Dynamic's Avengers will widen the playing universe for both single and multiplayer games.

Doctor Strange has one of the most unique skills, with the Sorcerer Supreme possessing unlimited access to reality-altering powers, as well as a loyal cape that not only helps him fly but also attacks nearby enemies, making the dear doctor one of the strongest opponents for AIM to deal with in their corporate takeover of the world.

Doctor Strange’s costumes will allow for a wide variety of comic book versions of the doctor to be explored through the costume choices Crystal Dynamics decided to pick from. His colorful past in the comics - as well as his rocky television history - could show the doctor off in all sorts of outfits only the Sorcerer Supreme himself could make cool.
