10 Hotly Anticipated Video Games We Still Know Nothing About

10. The Avengers Project

The Avengers Project was a welcome surprise when it was subtly teased earlier this year and whilst we don't know much about it other than it's happening, there is still reason to be excited.

Square Enix has signed a deal with Marvel to create multiple games using Marvel properties, starting with an Avengers game. And beyond a few standard shots of the Avengers' various weapons and signature iconography we don't know much about gameplay, though we could be seeing a start of a shared universe, with a video game expansion of the MCU.

It's fair to say that superhero video games have been fairly hit and miss, with only a few really standing out and the others appearing as simple cash grabs. However, with such a big company behind them, this could the start of a serious push towards quality in the genre, which has understandably got Marvel fans excited.

Hopefully we get to learn more before the year is out, as assumedly this will be dropping at some point in 2018.
