9. Camping
"It's a legitimate strategy!" is the most common retort whenever someone is screamed at for camping, but to be honest, isn't it the most boring strategy too? Camping involves sitting in one spot, waiting for enemies to run past, and then railing them to shreds as they fail to spot you. It's extremely frustrating if you're the recipient of such an attack, particularly in the days before games like Call of Duty introduced a Killcam, and there was literally no way for you to work out where they were short of laborious trial and error. Experienced campers can take this to extremes, frequently changing up their camping spot and even camping at the enemy team's spawn-point, allowing them to rack up a silly amount of kills by riddling the other team with bullets the second they materialise. It may be a
legitimate strategy, but it's also lame, and honestly, who has the attention span for this?
