9. Star Wars Demolition
The car combat video game genre had a short lifespan in the late 90’s to early 2000’s, but in this short window, of course, LucasArt’s cashed in with their own take and added a Star Wars skin.
In hindsight, this was a rather lazy effort at the time but doesn’t nearly deserve as much hate as it got. Back when Lucas was giving the away the rights to expand his galaxy in books and any old video game, Demolition actually had some charm to it.
The fate of the Galaxy wasn’t on the line, the main cast of at that point all four film was all but absent, and there were some cool ideas as tying in trade federation tech some almost 40 years on in canon.
In the end, it was like hitting your favorite action figures together in locations fans had come to love all for the pleasure of Jabba The Hutt.
