10 Video Game Crossovers That Should Happen

DC Vs Marvel Sometimes video games cross over, as seen with Super Smash Bros., Tekken X Street Fighter and Playstation Move Heroes. Sometimes these crossovers are good, other times not so much. With the recently announced Batman/ Superman movie everyone seems to be talking about crossovers in any medium. I€™ve been looking around for a lot of crossover ideas and noticed a lot of great ones and a lot of really dumb ones. Of course just because they sound cool on paper doesn€™t mean such crossovers would at all work. With that being said some of the crossovers on this list aren€™t necessarily character and settings mixing to form one game in which said characters meet, some are simply the merging of ideas in certain games to make a really great game, whilst not having the characters or lore crossover. You€™ll better understand what I mean after reading a few of the ideas I€™m about to pitch. Without blathering on too long or attempting to explain the crossovers let€™s just delve right in. Here are 10 video game crossovers that would be incredibly awesome.

10. Jak & Daxter - Ratchet & Clank

jak dax I put this one first on the list as it€™s such a no-brainer that I may as well get it out of the way. That sounds like it€™s a boring choice or one that I wouldn€™t care to see, on the contrary as a massive fan of both series€™ I would be extremely happy with it. Fans of both Playstation platformers have been somewhat expecting this one, and whilst we got a mild crossover in Playstation Move Heroes, we€™d all love a fully fleshed out game with the great gameplay and stories of both games. Both games feature duos, one big, one small, non-humans, and semi-open-world settings. Ratchet and Clank sprawls the universe via Ratchet€™s ship. Jak and Daxter does have some dimension-skipping moments and enough sci-fi elements that it could feasibly fit with Ratchet and clank. Although we could see a game where Ratchet and Clank crash land on Jak€™s planet, eliminating the need to explain how Jak and Daxter can suddenly planet-hop. These two games even have similar aesthetic, gameplay and humour styles, meaning they really are a no-brainer. Hopefully one day we can see this event occur but seeing as Jak and Daxter haven€™t been seen since 2004 I won€™t be holding my breath.
