10 Video Games Ruined By Terrible Voice Acting

9. 187 Ride Or Die

Ride Or Die This action-racing game made an unintentionally-hilarious attempt to mimic the voices and phrases of a 'gangster'. Due to blatantly fake tone of the voice overs, the game's reviews suffered. The voice acting was extremely stereotypical and likely annoyed many players - particularly those more acquainted with the phrases used - who were bound to notice the numerous mispronunciations. It gave the game a 'wannabe' feel to it, failing to provide any kind of authentic gangster experience. Whilst the 187 Ride Or Die did indeed have some decent mechanics and enjoyable gameplay, its voice acting was where it was most weak and unfortunately this had a direct effect on gamers' reception of the game.
