9. Battling Prometheus - Batman: Arkham Knight

Back in June 2015, I ran a story about a supposed leak of information obtained from within Arkham Knight's code that alluded to a string of villains coming as DLC somewhere down the line. It went that Killer Croc, Mad Hatter, Black Mask, Mr. Freeze, Ra's Al Ghul and Prometheus had all been tested, yet now the game is finished and the season pass is complete, we've had all of those bar one; Prometheus.

The leak purported to show that his character did at one time have a mission planned, and the above concept art reinforces he was on the table at some point, but the character was ultimately dropped.

Being a supremely cool villain (he can download other peoples' fighting styles directly into his brain, and is out to slaughter the 'forces of justice' that accidentally killed his parents in a shootout), Prometheus would make for one hell of a battle both physically and mentally for Bruce, especially being as his origin is pretty much a dark, twisted version of Batman's own.
