10 Worst Video Game ''Limited Editions''

8. Steel Battalion £130. Price now £42.00

Steel Battalion was a limited edition game by Capcom where the player controlled a Vertical Tank/Mech. You controlled your VT by using the 40 button, custom made controller that came with the game. Once the controller was set up, it did look impressive. You had lots of buttons and they lit up which is always exciting. The only problem was that the game was extremely difficult and if you ran into trouble and didn't eject from your VT in time, the game erased all your saves. Unless you knew how to play the game or was happy to read the very thick and complicated manual, you were going to struggle as there was no in-game training. Most people played the game a handful of times and then it went back into the box. Capcom only manufactured a small number of the game so there's a chance it may become a genuinely sought after piece of gaming history. But if you want one now, they are not hard to find as people who only bought it because of the controller try to get rid of it and make some of their money back.
