13 Worst Video Games Of 2017 (So Far)

5. Farpoint

How many more times are we going to hear the "It's PS VR's killer app!" shtick, before it up and annoys everyone too much?

Even the tech itself has all but been abandoned by Sony, save for the likes of this being shown off as the answer to the question, "Where are all the games?!". In reality, Farpoint is a VR shooting gallery of the most generic order.

A game upstaged by its own plastic Wii Zapp- I mean the PS VR Aim (far catchier), you'll move, look and shoot bugs until you can't take it anymore.

That's it.

Seriously, developers need to realise that 'going VR' isn't a big or satisfying enough shift in how we play a first-person shooter for it to be worthwhile. We need original ideas that are ONLY possible on a VR headset.

Until they come, expect churned-out naffery like this to continue dying on its arse.
