18 Hugely Anticipated Video Games That Must Be At E3 2015

12. Assassin€™s Creed: Victory

It's make or break time for Assassin's Creed; either this is going to be another Black Flag-style resurrection of something that was on its last legs following the abysmal AC III, or Ubisoft really will have expended all their goodwill - churning out another cookie-cutter sequel with nothing more than a shinier coat of paint as a selling point. On the bright side it's set in Victorian London, opening up your laundry list of potential gadgets to include all sorts of gritty, steampunk-style creations cobbled together by whichever historical figure they're focussing on this time round. However, the big question leading up to E3 is quite simply whether or not people will give the series the benefit of the doubt again, as it took some mammoth patches and subsequent post-production work to get Unity into a workable state - with even that being a very lacklustre and featureless experience in comparison to what's gone before. How do you feel about Assassin's Creed in 2015? Ubisoft's official forums swarmed last year with people begging them to take a year off after Unity's disastrous launch, and unless there's something truly groundbreaking in-store, that's probably what's best.
