Time to weep a digital tear for the end of the current generation, as in just a few weeks well all have brand-new, extremely shiny boxes of awesome to play with. Although this last generation has given us some of the greatest games of all time, pushing boundaries and reinventing a whole tire-yard of wheels, for every big-budget multi-million dollar production, there are a handful of smaller titles that dont bring in the numbers, yet stand alone as most definitely being worth your time. This a celebration of those games, as with the likes of The Last of Us, Beyond: Two Souls and Bioshock: Infinite proving PS3 and Xbox 360s last offerings are some of their best, when shining the generational spotlight on the last decade, what follows are also worthy of inclusion. They might not be the most technically accomplished, graphically-impressive, or immediately rewarding like the biggest selling titles of today or yesteryear, but many gamers remember a time when framerates and resolutions did not split the atom.
