4 Reasons Why the Watch Dogs Delay is a Good Thing

Watch Dogs Title In the world of video gaming, delays are a bitter pill to swallow, especially when titles are on the cusp of release. Coming into new console generation and a pretty thin slate of games, the one thing gamers don't want to hear about is how the one game they're getting for that console isn't going to be there on launch day. Unfortunately, that news is what a lot of people got this week. Ubisoft's Watch Dogs was one of the most talked about games from E3 2012, thanks in part to the fact that it was a brand new IP announced during a horrible drought of originality and a tsunami of sequels and reboots. This week's delay announcement was a gut punch to tons of people who preordered the game with their PS4s and anyone who wanted the next gen title during this holiday season. A year and a half of anticipation is going to have to wait until next year to be sated. But might this cloud have a silver lining? Here are 4 reasons why the delay is good for Watch Dogs.
