5 Delayed Video Games You've Probably Forgotten About

The danger of taking your time...

Dying Light 2
Square Enix

2020 was set up to be a phenomenal year for us gamers, with the likes of Avengers, FF7, Cyberpunk and The Last of Us Part 2 all set to be released in the opening months. Now, however, 2020 seems to be nothing but the year of delays with games being pushed all the to the end of the year, or even further.

Now, this isn't entirely a bad thing, because a rushed, unfinished game is vastly more frustrating than one that we have to wait for in order for it to be right. But it doesn't take away the initial sting. And on top of those games we KNOW are delayed but have actual release dates, there are some that appear to have just fallen down the back of the sofa.

These delayed games are ones that most people probably would have forgotten even existed if the news of the ever changing release dates hadn’t been announced...

5. Iron Man VR

Iron Man VR
Sony

Iron Man VR was scheduled to release on Playstation VR this February. However, developer Camoflaj have decided to jump on the delay band wagon and push the game back until May 15th. Luckily for them, another major game had already vacated such a date.

Iron Man VR will be putting you in the suit of billionaire, playboy, philanthropist, Tony Stark. Flying around, shooting bad guys in Sony’s signature headwear was something Marvel and gamer fans alike had been looking forward to to kick off the year.

Unfortunately though we will all be waiting, head in hands with our VR getting dusty on the shelf waiting for the next big thing to come our way.
