5 Reasons Capcom Needs To Bring Back Dino Crisis

4. Next-Gen Graphics Could Be Mindblowing

15 years has made a huge difference in game development, with next-gen graphics making many 90's games look like products from a time gap much larger than it really is. Whatever your system of choice is, it's hard not to imagine what a modern day Dino Crisis could look like. Imagine a vast, lush jungle setting where the ruffle of leaves could spell immediate danger or be nothing more than the result of a faint breeze; wandering down a poorly-lit hallway, smeared with blood and gut with the silhouette of some unknown feeding dinosaur waiting for you ahead; looking out over a beautiful, shimmering lagoon as the shadow of a dangerous marine predator swims nearby; detailed character models and advanced physics engines that make your battles against prehistoric beasts realistic and your gory failures painful to watch; and dinosaurs whose appearance and movements put the original game's to shame. Whatever interests you most about the series, whether it be the location work or the design of the dinosaurs themselves, it's undeniable that the next-gen visual potential of a new Dino Crisis game could easily be jaw-dropping.
