5 Reasons Capcom Needs To Bring Back Dino Crisis

2. Zombies Are Getting Old

Let's face it: As fun as it is to bash the undead's brains in, the market is oversaturated with zombies and other undead-related mutants. It seems like every few months a new zombie-centric game is being released, but very few, if any, major games involving dinosaurs. And who doesn't love dinosaurs? Whether a new game embraces the survival horror roots of the original game or the action-adventure change-up of its sequel is irrelevant in light of the fact that a respectfully made, well thought out endeavor involving dangerous dinosaurs could be a breath of fresh air. Unlike fighting basic zombies, who attack on sight and simply follow the horde mentality, battling cunning packs of dinosaurs in an environment they can take full advantage of or being hunted in a research building by a time-displaced creature in survival mode can lead to a ton of constantly varying opportunities and situations where the player is forced to perpetually stay on their toes and expect the unexpected. In a world where the biggest, fully-fledged dinosaur game of the past few years is something like the bargain bin Jurassic: The Hunted, it's about time Dino Crisis rose from the ashes to make players remember how fun, dangerous and scary they can be.
