5 Reasons Why Nintendo Should Make A Wind Waker Sequel For The Wii U

Windywalker When Nintendo revealed the final rendering of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker in 2001, the cel-shaded visuals caused quite a stir within the fan community. Some were pleased with the new art style, most were skeptical, and nearly everyone was surprised at the drastic departure from the realism they grew so fond of in Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. Despite all the hubbub, Wind Waker went on to smash expectations and became hailed by critics as the greatest Zelda game of all time. This article is going to explain why it would be in Nintendo's best interest to revisit the highly-stylized and dearly loved Wind Waker universe with a full-blown sequel for the Wii U.
