5 Terrible Fighting Game Characters That Nobody Should Ever Choose

4. Fred Durst - WWF Smackdown! Just Bring It, WWF RAW, Fight Club

73529 That's right, in the early 2000's this guy was everywhere. Fred Durst, front man of Limp Bizkit, appeared in a lot of video games a decade ago. This was just before his popularity talent, credibility and Nu-Metal genre itself were fading away. Despite that, Durst pops up in a series of random fighting games. This trend started out in the game WWF Smackdown: Just Bring it! This at least made sense due to Limp Bizkit appearing at a bunch of WWF shows in 2001 and providing The Undertaker with his theme at the time. I can remember unlocking this character and thinking how strange it was. I was young and a fan of this genre, so it didn't disappoint me as much as some. However the playable character was awful; with no good moves and a cheesy entrance, I know of nobody that chose to wrestle as Fred Durst more than once. This was also true a year later in WWF Raw on the Xbox. Then for some reason, Durst pops up again in the awfully bad 2004, Fight Club game. Why? You tell me, as there was no character like Durst in the novel, or the Fight Club movie. I guess this was fitting as the game itself had nothing to do with the content of either; instead it was a mindless cash-in. Fight Club of course, wasn't really about fighting. So this makes it hard to actually build a game around hence the inclusion of Durst, alongside Abraham Lincoln. This game is bad, and so was the playable character. Again, I know of nobody that wanted to play as this guy. In fact, I know nobody that owned this game.
