3. Mokap & Rain - Mortal Kombat Series
Now don't get me wrong, I love the MK series but it has some awful padding fighters. This series among any of the others, even Dead or Alive, has some of the worst offenders. It's a toss-up between these two for the title of "most dreadful"... Mokap is one of the issues that came along from the last batch of MK prior to the stellar 2009 MK 9, laziness. There are so many to choose from. I had a hard time choosing between these. Meat and Blaze are up there, but Mokap is just lazy. He is literally a motion capture guy in the game! Would you choose this guy? No, of course not. And speaking of lazy, there is Rain. This is another Ninja, although this time dressed in purple. This was a trend which begun in Mortal Kombat II, with characters like Smoke and Noob-Saibot, and then got out of hand with various different colorized versions of Scorpion. These included Chameleon, Ermac and finally Rain. I single out Rain, as he is the laziest at least there was a cool back-story to most of these but Rain, clad is purple, is there as a play on the Prince album, and that is so dumb.
