5 Things We Need to See In The Walking Dead: The Game Season 2

4. Decisions Need Greater Consequences

the walking dead the game 3 Not necessarily a problem on the initial play-through of the game. But on a replay through the five episodes, it becomes apparent that the decisions made do not drastically affect the direction each episode takes. The second season may want to rectify that to add to the replay value and expand on what was initially seen as a main selling point of the game; the choices made affect your relationships and who lives/dies. While it works well for the most part, the second season could expand on the effects of your decisions and not only add to the replay value but the overall importance of the decision making and feeling like making a decision has really changed the course of the game (like deciding whether to leave Lilly behind). The Walking Dead: The Game is never going to have a happy ending and is about as bleak as games come no matter what decision you make; but the second season can build on the decision making system and if possible, change whole scenes, not just interactions.
