Yesterday Pokémon X and Y was released, and it is arguably the best generation of Pokémon yet. Before you rant on about how the original games were the best, hear me out. With each Pokémon game, it only fits that the new game would be an improvement over the previous generation. However, in the past few years Nintendo has failed to keep up with this tradition. With the exception of Black and White, as well as their sequels, each new game was equivalent to the editions before. X and Y, as Nintendo describes is "The next evolution in Pokémon" and they could not be more true. There are many reasons why X and Y is sure to be a fan favourite, but there are 10 solid reasons this is the best game of Pokémon we've seen yet.
